1. Account Usage
By creating a QuizNex account, you agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You may not share your account with others or use QuizNex for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
2. Subscription Billing
QuizNex offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel. Billing is processed through Stripe. If your payment method fails, we may suspend access to your account until payment is resolved.
3. Free Trials
Every plan includes a 7-day free trial. Credit card is required to start. At the end of your trial, you can choose a plan to continue. If you do not select a plan, your account will be deactivated and your quiz data will be removed after 30 days.
4. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with QuizNex within your first 7 days of a paid subscription, contact us at hello@quiznex.com for a full refund. After the 7-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to stop future billing.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. You will retain access to your plan features until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your account will be downgraded.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use QuizNex to store or distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content, to attempt to disrupt or compromise our systems, to scrape or reverse-engineer our platform, or to use QuizNex in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
7. Intellectual Property
QuizNex, its name, logo, design, and software are the intellectual property of QuizNex. You retain ownership of your store data, quiz content, and customer data. You are granted a limited license to use QuizNex for the duration of your active subscription.
8. Limitation of Liability
QuizNex is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuizNex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or profits, arising from the use of our service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which QuizNex operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
